This song, as hinted at by the cover art, has a lot to do with social justice. Particularly taking inspiration from the BLM protests in early 2020. It's been a long time in the making, covid shutdowns and isolations took a heavy toll on the band, but we couldn't be happier to finally have this finally published. We all feel that this song is a story that isn't rightfully ours to tell. All proceeds that come from Violent Horror (purchases through bandcamp, royalties from streaming services, literally any money this track produces) will be donated to Lavender Rights Project. See www.lavenderrightsproject.org for more information.

Lyrics
They'll kick down your door and destroy the place
Traumatize your kids and then lie to your face
YOU CAN'T SEE
YOU CAN'T BREATH
YOU CAN'T SEE
YOU CAN'T SLEEP
If you're lucky they'll only put you in jail
No chance of fair trial, no chance to make bail
YOU CAN'T SEE
YOU CAN'T BREATH
YOU CAN'T SEE
YOU CAN'T SLEEP
Cowardice hidden behind a badge and a gun
Once the trigger is pulled the damage is done
YOU CAN'T SEE
YOU CAN'T BREATH
YOU CAN'T SEE
YOU CAN'T SLEEP
Rule with hate, terror, and gloom
With fists in the air their reign will end soon
YOU CAN'T SEE
YOU CAN'T BREATH
YOU CAN'T SEE
YOU CAN'T SLEEP
VIOLENT... VIOLENT..
We'll stand at your side
VIOLENT... VIOLENT..
Flames burn in the night
VIOLENT... VIOLENT..
We'll join in the fight
VIOLENT... VIOLENT..
This plague ends tonight
